The skull is 13" long, 8" wide, and 11 high and comes with an oak display base and identifying brass plaque. From the original specimen we create a detailed mold and then hand cast a full-size replica. Each cast is hand detailed and hand finished to create the most authentic fossil replica possible. The color of various fossils is determined by the original sediment in which the fossil was found.

During the fossilization process an object absorbs the various minerals which are contained in the dirt surrounding it. Most Skullduggery replicas are finished with a color which is very close to the original's color.
